
Making the Most of Your Course
We want every student to get the most out of their studies, not just to achieve accreditation but to truly grow and thrive as a Health Coach. By fully engaging with the learning materials, live events, and CORE Mentor Sessions, you'll deepen your understanding, build your confidence, and develop the skills needed to make a real difference in the lives of others.
To get the most out of your training experience, we recommend focussing on the following:

Familiarise yourself with all that this course has to offer, including the course material, your student community, and the live events calendar.

Set aside sufficient time each week to work through and attend all the elements of the course, including reading, lectures, assignments and live contact hours.

Approach the course content with an open, curious mind, eager to learn.

Read through all the material carefully, taking notes and reflecting on what you are learning. Having a personal study journal may be useful.

Be willing to connect with other students, supporting and encouraging each other and sharing your insights and experiences.

Be courageous to try new things. There will be times when you will feel out of your comfort zone, but that is where true growth occurs.

Put into practice, right from the start, what you are learning, and share your excitement with those around you.
